10. 1-Year Anti-Tarnish Warranty

Eligible 18 Jewellery products are covered by a 1-Year Anti-Tarnish Warranty, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable warranty.

The warranty is intended to cover qualifying premature tarnishing under normal and recommended conditions of use.

The warranty may not cover changes caused by:

  • Cosmetics

  • Lotions or creams

  • Chemicals

  • Cleaning products

  • Chlorinated water

  • Salt water

  • Excessive moisture

  • Improper storage

  • Physical damage

  • Scratches

  • Accidental damage

  • Normal wear and tear

The warranty does not replace the product's 3-day return period.
